Returns & Refunds

This depends on usage, but typically every 3-6 months. When the pad looks worn or your cat shows less interest, it's time for a replacement. Heavy-use cats may need replacements more frequently.
Try placing it near their favorite spots, using catnip, or playing with the track balls to encourage interaction. If they still won't use it, we offer 30-day returns.
