Shipping Returns Orders Products

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited (2–3 days) and Express (1–2 days) delivery upgrades are available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

This depends on usage, but typically every 3-6 months. When the pad looks worn or your cat shows less interest, it's time for a replacement. Heavy-use cats may need replacements more frequently.
Try placing it near their favorite spots, using catnip, or playing with the track balls to encourage interaction. If they still won't use it, we offer 30-day returns.
